1. About Emerald Venture

Emerald Venture is a digital marketing agency providing services including performance marketing, media buying, social media management, content creation, branding, consulting, and related digital solutions.

2. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree to:
Use the site for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to harm, hack, or disrupt the website
Not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
All website content including text, graphics, branding, and materials remains the intellectual property of Emerald Venture unless otherwise stated.

3. Services & Agreements

All marketing services provided by Emerald Venture are subject to:
A signed agreement or proposal
Agreed scope of work
Defined deliverables and timelines
Any additional services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

    4. Payments & Fees

    Payment terms will be defined in the service agreement.
    Late payments may result in paused services.
    Marketing ad spend (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is separate from agency service fees unless specified.

    5. Performance Disclaimer

    While Emerald Venture uses data-driven strategies to optimize results, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, sales numbers, or ROI, as results depend on market conditions, budgets, competition, and external factors beyond our control.

      6. Intellectual Property

      Creative assets remain the property of Emerald Venture until full payment is received.
      After full payment, clients receive rights as defined in the agreement.
      We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

        7. Confidentiality

        Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

          8. Limitation of Liability

          Emerald Venture shall not be liable for:
          Platform policy changes (Meta, Google, etc.)
          Account suspensions due to client-provided materials
          Indirect or consequential losses

            9. Termination

            Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.

              10. Governing Law

              These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
