We plan and deliver corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches and brand activations for organisations across the UAE, the wider Middle East and Canada.

For most corporate events, conferences and launches we recommend starting three to six months ahead. Large-scale or international events may need longer, especially in Dubai's peak season from October to April. We can also deliver events on shorter timelines when needed.

Yes. We manage stage and set design, sound, lighting, screens, live streaming and recording, working with trusted production partners and running full technical rehearsals before every event.
Costs depend on the event type, guest numbers, venue, production and timeline. After an initial call we prepare a detailed, line-by-line budget so you can see exactly where every dirham goes before anything is booked.
